Group Head – Human Resource Management, Muslim Commercial Bank
Natasha Ahmed is Group Head of Human Resource Management at MCB Bank, bringing nearly 30 years of experience across banking and financial services. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from LUMS (1996) and has worked with institutions including Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari & Co., WI Carr Securities, World Bank, and Faysal Bank Limited.
Ms. Ahmed joined MCB Bank in 2006 and built a distinguished career in Corporate Banking, serving as Head – North within the Wholesale Banking Group, covering Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, and Faisalabad. On October 1, 2025, she was appointed Group Head of Human Resource Management, reflecting her leadership and strategic expertise in managing talent and organizational growth.
She has participated in international trainings led by Euromoney, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Turkiye Bankasi, and completed the Enhancing Board Effectiveness – Director’s Training Program from LUMS in 2025. In recognition of her contributions, Ms. Ahmed received the LUMS VC Alumni Achievement Award in 2022 for her impact in banking and mentorship of women in the financial sector.
Ms. Ahmed currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Pakistan Banks Association (PBA), contributing her expertise in strategic HR management, talent empowerment, and organizational development to advance inclusive growth in Pakistan’s banking sector.
