Roshan Digital Account (RDA)

Roshan Digital Account (RDA) is a flagship initiative of the State Bank of Pakistan, developed in collaboration with commercial banks to provide innovative digital banking solutions for overseas Pakistanis. It enables Non-Resident Pakistanis (NRPs) to remotely open and operate bank accounts in Pakistan through a fully digital, secure, and seamless onboarding process without visiting a branch, embassy, or consulate.

RDA provides access to a wide range of banking and investment facilities, including Roshan Apna Ghar, Roshan Apni Car, Roshan Samaaji Khidmat, Roshan Equity Investment, Naya Pakistan Certificates, as well as remittances, savings accounts, and other digital banking services. The initiative strengthens financial connectivity with the Pakistani diaspora by enabling convenient, secure, and investment-led engagement while supporting sustainable inflows and contributing to Pakistan’s long-term economic growth.
