Ahsan Mushahid Siddiqui has been serving as President & CEO of Soneri Bank Limited since April 2026. A seasoned banking professional, he brings more than 32 years of experience in banking operations, strategic business development, institutional leadership, and organisational transformation.
Mr. Siddiqui joined Soneri Bank in 2023 and was appointed Deputy CEO in July 2024, following his earlier role as Chief Operating Officer. As Deputy CEO, he worked closely with the Bank’s senior leadership to advance strategic priorities, strengthen operational efficiency, and support digital transformation across the organisation.
During his tenure at Soneri Bank, he has played an important role in promoting customer-focused growth, service excellence, innovation, and disciplined execution across the Bank’s expanding network. His experience spans the management of complex banking operations, the implementation of institutional strategy, and the development of efficient systems supporting sustainable performance.
In addition to serving as an Executive Director on Soneri Bank’s Board, Mr. Siddiqui chairs its Management Committee and Executive Credit Committee. Through these roles, he contributes to the oversight of credit, risk management, compliance, technology governance, business continuity, and other key operational matters. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to organisational resilience, responsible banking, customer service, and the Bank’s continued growth.
